Insight Improv Lab
Celebration and Future Directions

Dear friends and colleagues,

Our final Lab of the series is a celebration!

Please come join us to share sparkling cider and treats and celebrate the completion of the final chapter of the Insight Improv Book.

We will also gather to stretch, meditate, move, and practice and witness psolodrama in pairs.

And we'll discuss next steps for the book and exciting future possibilities for Insight Improvisation.

Updated date and location:  Please join us Sunday, December 4, 2:00-5:30PM, at Cambridge Cohousing, 175 Richdale Avenue in Cambridge.

If you attended the Lab even once in its 3.5-year run, we'd love to see you, thank you, and raise a glass with you.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Joel
p.s. -- If you are new to psolodrama, you are still welcome to join us. Please contact us in advance for ways to get up to speed prior to the Lab.

"Thank you so much for your teaching and guidance here this weekend...to help others become more whole and present in this journey of life. I will remember that I sang despite saying that I would not. I will remember how I returned to a brave part of myself. You really created an atmosphere that encouraged and cultivated courage. Anything is possible."
