The CPOA/CMD will be filing a complaint in the Eagle County District Court early next week appealing the determination of the Eagle County Board of County Commissioners.   The CPOA/CMD understands individual Cordillera homeowner(s) will be filing a separate complaint in the Eagle County District Court. The CPOA/CMD will post links to those complaints next week after they are filed.
