Procurement information was sent
home in kidmail yesterday.
Our first procurement contest deadline is November 18.
The class with the highest percentage participation will win Parents Night Out (grades K-4) or pizza party lunch (Grades 5-8).

Author Visit
Students in Grades 4 to 6 enjoyed a visit by author Rachel Hawkins last week.
Her new
book, "Journey's End", is available in the library for check out.

A few Reminders about Dress Code
Guidelines for hairstyles: H
air should be clean, combed and neatly trimmed.
No unnatural hair color or distracting hairstyle.
Hair must not cover the eyes.
Boy’s hair must be trimmed above the collar.
No hats allowed in school building.
Carpool Drop Off
When dropping off your students please be careful, follow the flow of traffic around the campus, and drive slowly!

Penny collection goes through November 17. Every Thursday change will be collected and weighed. Class competition for free dress day. Bring in change to make a change!

Huff N Puff Money Due
Huff n Puff money is due today to be eligible for prizes. Students who turn in $100 or more will receive a $50 credit towards a sport. Thanks for all your support for our Athletic program!

St. Matthew alum Madisen Barre-Hemingway (class of 2013) is sponsoring a clothing drive to help YouthCare and Treehouse, two organizations that care for homeless youth. Collections start Monday November 7. More information will be given out next week with kidmail.
