It's almost Christmas time on the COMPACT Campus. Christmas is a special, yet emotional time for our kids as well as our staff. Often times, it is the first time a child is away from his/her family or it is the first time Christmas will truly be celebrated. It is so much more than gifts, although, pulling off surprises is fun. It is about sharing what the true meaning of Christmas is all about. It is sharing with our kids that even through the feelings of loneliness, feeling of being lost, broken, and forgotten that Christ is the greatest git they can ever receive and they are loved and they are special!
COMPACT Christmas is a large operation on our campus and meets the needs at Christmas time as the continuing needs of our kids throughout the year. It is something that we could not pull off without the help of donors.
If you are a current child sponsor, Christmas packets will go out in the next week. If you are not a current child sponsor and would like to be involved in Christmas this year, send a message to us at

 The
easiest way to help this Christmas is by providing gift cards of
ANY amount to
ANY store (Walmart and Visa are always great choices). Gift cards allow us to fulfill wish lists for our kids and shop specifically. Any leftover gift cards after all lists have been fulfilled are used throughout the year for birthdays and special occasions. Gift Cards are the gift that keeps on giving!

FOREVER FAMILIES
For many of our kids in care, a forever family is a child's dream. For some, that means getting to return home to their parents or other close family members. For others, that is
finding
a family that will call them their own.
Regularly, children in our care are able to fulfill this dream. Join us in praying for hearts to be touched and homes to be opened so that kids who are waiting can find their Forever Family.

MAPS RV PARTNERSHIP
Thanks to our partnership with Assemblies of God US Missions Maps department, led by Billy Thomas, we are excited to have RV Maps Teams on our campus. Some recent work by RV Maps member Thomas Menor on our RV Area allowed us to host more teams at one time. Currently, we have teams working on remodel projects, drywall installation, electric work, warehouse work and more.
We want to send a special thanks to our donor partners who believe and give towards this ministry as well as these RV partners who are able to complete the project work. Together, we are able to grow and improve this ministry.
