Hello Everyone, and Happy Halloween!

As part of the PACE Training Committee it was brought up that we plan one fun activity each month, along with a training, and a pay it forward event.

I mentioned to the team that each year on Halloween night my family puts on a small haunted house,  out of our home completely free of charge, we do appreciate any donations. We hand out full size candy bars to anyone that  visits our home on Halloween night: trick-or treaters, co-workers, friends, family, and anyone who just happens to come by can get a fun little scare and a treat. If it is just adults going through we don't hold back on the scares, but if we see small kids we take it easy and just allow them to go through and see the decorations. It is very fun. The team thought it would be fun to inform you all of the event as part of a fun activity for this month. I hope that you all will come check out our home and have a little fun, bring your families, and let the scares begin.

Shave
No Shave November Starts Tomorrow!

The month of November is dedicated to our MEN!  What better way to recognize men's health and happiness than with events that celebrate all things male!  Included in the month will be coaching opportunities (starting tomorrow), the return of the great TONY MANNEN TIE DAY(November 18), and a MEN'S HEALTH FAIR at the end of the month. Watch for days/times and details to come.

Starting tomorrow - you may officially participate in NO SHAVE NOVEMBER. Yes, ladies, you may join in as well.  I know you want to because I keep getting your emails.

What is No-Shave November?

No-Shave November is a month-long journey during which participants forgo shaving and grooming in order to evoke conversation and raise cancer awareness. Learn more about how you can get involved and start getting hairy.

The Concept

The goal of No-Shave November is to grow awareness by embracing our hair, which many cancer patients lose, and letting it grow wild and free. Donate the money you typically spend on shaving and grooming to educate about cancer prevention, save lives, and aid those fighting the battle.

Get Involved

Participate by growing a beard, cultivating a mustache, letting those legs go natural, and skipping that waxing appointment. Put down your razor and  set up your own personal No-Shave November fundraising page. If you're not ready to get hairy, sit back and  support someone who is.

The Rules

The rules of No-Shave November are simple: put down your razor for 30 days and donate your monthly hair-maintenance expenses to the cause. Strict dress-code at work? Don't worry about it! We encourage participation of any kind; grooming and trimming are perfectly acceptable.
