Mock Election Results
Our League sponsored a mock election at Guerin Preparatory High School in River Grove on Tuesday, October 4.  There was an advance assembly where students learned about the issues from the "candidates" and then voted during their lunch periods.  What a great way to introduce young people to the voting process! Thanks to Marilyn Cantisano, Judy Das Gupta, Judith McDevitt, Roselyn Murphy, and Peggy Kell for helping make the day a success.  A special thank you goes to Ms. Karin Calandriello from Guerin Prep for her hard work and preparation for the election. Take a look at their   election results and pictures of the event.
