November 2016
November is here bringing with it the end of a beautiful New England fall and the promise of snowy days to come. Take advantage of Parks and Rec programs that keep you and your families active even as we can spend less time outside. Perhaps, let your little one burn off steam after school with Mr. K or get yourself moving with a fitness class like yoga or zumba.

Please check our website  for all of the up-to-date information regarding all of our programs.  In the event of any changes to programs (including rain dates), our website will have the current class make-up and cancellation information!  If you're not sure, you can always call our office or email us at the information below.

Choose your age group, choose your time, and come join in the fun.   The younger ones will enjoy an innovative and wondrous dance adventure using story, music, dance, and props to stimulate their imaginations, build coordination, and learn the fundamentals of ballet technique.  Exercises work toward increasing attention span and developing the dancer's imaginative talents.

As they get a little older the dancers will still use their imaginations and bring the magical world to life through dance and music, all based in the world of ballet.

Then older still they will be introduced to the building blocks of ballet technique in a fun and playful way.  Using imagery, rhyme, song, and imagination your dancer will develop coordination, strength, and a solid foundation for moving correctly and safely
