Seven new CCIM designees were pinned at the Spring 2017 CCIM conference in Chicago. This could be a record number from the Iowa Chapter, but who's counting? Iowa CCIM and IREM Chapters join forces for the I-Cubs game in Des Moines. We held an Iowa CCIM Chapter Board of Directors meeting at DSM Brew across the street just prior to the opening pitch. After the game some of us ended up at the opening night of the Tipsey Crow Tavern by accident. I won't mention any names...Clark? Beau? Cool place.
Since the presidency lasts for one year, this will be the last issue of the annual newsletter. It's been a fun year. I hope to see you all at the Expo, Golf Mixer and Inaugural!

Fall 2017 Comprehensive Exam
|
|
The next exam for the CCIM designation will be taking place during the fall governance meetings in Toronto. The two-day review will be held October 15-16th, 2017 with the comprehensive exam scheduled for October 17th, 2017.
In order to be eligible to take the exam, you must submitted your portfolio by August 4th, 2017.
