EMV Certifications on TSYS and Chase Paymentech
We know many partners and merchants have been anxiously waiting for more EMV certifications to be announced. We are happy to let our customers know that we have officially received EMV certification with TSYS and Chase Paymentech.

Want access to these EMV processors with BridgePay? It is a good idea to start working with our Integration team now. Our EMV certified processors can be accessed with an integration to our PayGuardian product. If you are a point of sale provider and would like to begin your integration to PayGuardian, please start by visiting https://ta.bridgepaynetwork.com/ to register for a test account. Our Integration team will reach out with test account credentials along with scheduling a kick off call.

Our team is actively working on EMV certification efforts with Heartland, Vantiv, and First Data Rapid Connect. We greatly appreciate everyone's patience as these certifications are completed as quickly as possible.

PayGuardian Refresher
What is PayGuardian and how do you get it? Check out this quick video available for partners to share with potential customers!

BridgePay redefined the EMV solution to act as a true embedded solution for its wide array of partners. Forget about a POS handling a direct certification to each Processor. Forget about giving a merchant a stand alone non-integrated terminal.
Software Development Kits (SDKs) are available for iOS, Android, browser-based systems, the traditional Windows desktop, and even kiosks! One integration offers not only EMV readiness, but reduces the scope of PCI with its PA-DSS (Payment Application Data Security Standard) certification.

More Access to BridgePay Information

Our newest addition to arm our integrators with information can be found on our Integrator Support site powered by BridgePay DESK. Here you will need to register for an account and then you are able to access all the technical documents and gateway knowledge base. Looking for Status Updates on the Gateway?
The BridgePay Network Operations team has recently set up a status page that will allow you to monitor not only our gateway status but any of our gateway connections. We understand that often times you may not be aware a processor is experiencing downtime or handling maintenance. Our BridgePay Status Page will allow you to check for updates 24/7.

Other BridgePay News
Gateway Redundancy Upate
As many of you know, the BridgePay offices are located in Orlando, Florida, and we recently fared Hurricane Matthew. While Orlando did not take a direct hit, we wanted our customers to know we have the ability to switch out the gateway processing between Orlando and Charlotte, North Carolina, for any reason--severe weather, power failures, even to perform maintenance. Our Network Operations team has been undergoing extensive training to ensure this is a flawless action with minimal impact to processing.
MasterCard 2-Series BIN Update
Many partners have reached out regarding BridgePay's support of Mastercard's 2-series BIN numbers. More information on this change can be found here. BridgePay already fully supports this update and there are no changes needed by integrators or merchants. BridgePay maintains these BIN tables locally in the gateway.
PayLINK to Receive PA-DSS Compliance Among Other Updates
BridgePay understood that many of our PayLINK integrators were unable to complete certification to PayGuardian in 2016. In order to accommodate our many PayLINK users, BridgePay underwent another PA-DSS audit, which will be released in the next 60 days upon certification by the PCI Council. In addition to this PA-DSS extension, PayLINK will now support TLS 1.2. A few highlights also include:
  •  Increased minimum length for admin passwords from 7 to 8 characters
  • New versioning scheme per PA-DSS:
PayLINK versioning has four levels, Major, Minor, Build, and Patch: X.X.X.X.
Major changes include significant changes to the application and would have an impact on PA-DSS requirements.
Minor changes include small changes such as minor enhancements and may or may not have an impact on PA-DSS requirements.
Build and Patch changes include bug fixes and would have no negative impact on PA-DSS requirements.
  • Updated supported operating systems. The "home" versions of these OSs are not supported.
Windows 7 Pro/Enterprise/Ultimate (32bit / 64bit)
Windows 8.1 Pro (64bit)
Windows 10 Pro (64bit)
Windows Server 2008 R2 (64bit)
Windows Server 2012 R2 (64bit)
Windows POS Ready 7 (64bit)
Windows Embedded 8.1 (64bit)
  • Update customer approval language on printed receipts to meet new NACHA requirements.
Please note:
WindowsXP and Windows Vista do not support TLS 1.2. Microsoft is no longer releasing security patches for Windows XP.
