Ensuring our members are able to access accurate Provider Directory information is important. This requires participation and feedback from the provider network on an ongoing basis.
Aetna Better Health of Ohio is constantly working to ensure the accuracy of our provider directory per ODM and CMS guidelines. To that end, we are asking our providers to take a quick survey.
In addition, the survey will allow you to also obtain a cultural competency designation in our directory. If your office is not currently trained in Cultural Competency you may choose to watch a short video at the end of the survey, then check an acknowledgement to show your office has reviewed it.
