Worship with us this Sunday!
Worship with us this Sunday across the street in the Historic Sanctuary on All Saints Day...after you change your clocks! We will be immersed in the spirit as we go back in time and sacred space.
Traditional Worship at 9:30am; Informal Worship at 11am. Our scriptures are Luke 6:20-31 and Ephesians 1:11-23 with a sermon entitled A Letter to the Church.

Tuesday Evening Dialogue (TED)
2nd & 4th Tuesdays | 6:00-8:30pm | Heritage Room | Potluck & Discussion
TED will continue reading our new book for 3 more sessions, each evening covering 8 chapters. Next time will be chapters 9 - 16. We will meet Nov. 8th (election night), Nov. 22, and will complete the book on Dec. 13  before our Christmas break. We will begin a new book the second Tuesday in January.  There are still a few copies of The Unlikely Pilgrimage available in the church office for $12.80. 
 
I was delighted with the discussion this past Tuesday of the first 8 chapters.  People just dove right in and couldn't stop talking about it! It is comical, poignant, puzzling and profound all at once.

NJFM: Let's get childish with a visit to Toys of the 50's, 60's and 70's
Tue, November 15 | Meet at church for 9:30am for 10:00am tour
PUCC's Not Just for Men will take a trip back to our childhood as we visit the Missouri History Museum's exhibit on Toys of the 50's, 60's, and 70's on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2016.  The exhibit is free! If you wish to carpool from church, meet at 9:30am.  We will visit a fine dining establishment after the tour.  Call Harold Cobb at 965-4147 with questions.
