In her current position with Deutsche Bank, Cate leads real estate advisory and consulting support for her firm's clients. These engagements include real estate appraisals and appraisal review, financial reporting, (FASB 157/ASC 820, ASC 805, etc.), fair value reporting and advising, market due diligence, and other sell- and buy-side real estate advisory services.

Cate's experience is both broad and deep.  She has analyzed a wide array of property types: including multi-family residential, office, retail, hotel, warehouse, industrial, mixed-use, infrastructure, and special-use properties - in both the US and International markets.

In 2014, Cate was named a CRE Woman of Influence by Real Estate Forum. She holds the CRE, MAI, CCIM, and FRICS designations, as well as multiple US state licenses and certifications. An active participant in professional organizations, Cate is on the National Designation Committee of CCIM Institute, an Appraisal Institute instructor, and a National USPAP instructor.

2017 Scholarship Program
Program Guidelines

The New York Metro CCIM Chapter's Course Scholarship Program was created to support qualified real estate professionals in their efforts to achieve the CCIM designation. Recipient should exemplify the high caliber of professionals that comprise the CCIM Institute.

Scholarship Selection Criteria includes the following:
  •  Each applicant should be able to demonstrate a commitment to a commercial real estate career (see application).
  •  Each applicant should be able to demonstrate active involvement as a dues paying member with a local CCIM Chapter (see application).
Scholarship Value
Recipient will receive a full tuition enrollment in one of the following CCIM Designation Courses: CI 101, CI 102, CI 103 or CI 104.

Deadline for Submission to the New York Metro CCIM Chapter at [email protected] is 5:00 pm on November 1, 2016.
