Innovia Newsletter, October 2016
|
,
What a month! The wind is whirling around Wisconsin and many of us have been whirling around the country
attending the NAV Partner event (Directions) and the NAV User event (Summit). Just as the trees are putting on their very best show, so were the people hosting these awesome events. I know our team at Innovia has learned a great deal from spending time with the various partners and customers.
I hope that you and some of your team had a chance to attend Summit. From the pre-event training classes (many taught by our very own team) to the breakout sessions, and the amazing expo hall, learning was clearly the theme of the event.
If you had a chance to visit the Innovia booth, you may have noticed that we had a theme of our own: giving back. We are so grateful for the faith that our customers place in us each and every day. We wanted to find a way to allow everyone to give back a little bit. We provided all attendees a scratch-off donation card that had an amount for a donation. Every card was a winner, with varying amounts. By simply dropping the card off at our booth, they could donate to the organization of their choice.
So far, the cards generated the following for each of the organizations:
But we still have more we'd like to give, so you have the chance to increase these amounts.
How? Simply go to our
website and ask us to give another $2.50 to one of the three organizations. It's that simple.
We will keep our program going for a few weeks and I will report in on the final results in next month's newsletter. Thank you for playing a part in this program. Thank you for playing a part in making NAVUG Summit a huge success. Last, but certainly not least in my book: thank you for choosing Innovia Consulting as your Microsoft Dynamics NAV Partner. We appreciate you, your business, and the communities that serve us both.

I'm back at work now, having completed my inaugural Summit with four very full days in Tampa. It's great to get this first one behind me and shed my rookie status, but even better to get back fully into being part of and supporting a large, diverse user community.

Drop shipping can be a big boon for online sellers, especially small businesses that don't have the funds or space to stock up on and store inventory. With drop shipping, sellers can take orders from customers for an item and then turn around and order that item from a supplier, which then ships it to the customer. The seller doesn't have to handle the physical item at all, the customer gets his or her order, and everyone's happy.
