It is essential that sprigs receive adequate water for best results during the establishment period. For this reason, neighbors will notice an increase of irrigation at Huntington Park.

Aqua-jogging closely mimics natural running form & provides a neuromuscular workout that, in addition to aerobic benefits, helps keep the running-specific muscles active. The same can't be said for biking & swimming. This is a perfect workout for everyone especially runners who want to switch it up. Running in the water is 15% harder than on land due to the resistance. You won't want to miss this awesome workout!
