I love the energy of Fall as it helps me to re-focus on my priorities, wrap up initiatives started earlier in the year, and it also gives me the time to go inward more.
With some reflection, I've decided to share something I've hidden from people for years. My hope is that it inspires others to reveal their truth. I promise the benefits outweigh any perceived negatives.
