Letter from the President
Congratulations to all of our members who completed races during the month of October, especially those of you who worked through the abbreviated Ironman North Carolina course in Wilmington, and those of you who attended our last official TTT Race Series event at the North Carolina State Triathlon Championship!  Great job racing and competing this year team!

We've got several training events getting lined up for the fall, winter, and spring, starting off with a fun poker run on November 7, a run clinic and crossfit workout November 12, and a mountain biking opportunity (along with demo mountain bikes some demo road bikes provided by ReCycles to ride around Country Park) on November 13.  And we've got more in the works.  Keep your eyes on the Facebook group or TTT website calendar for updates on upcoming events.

And don't forget about the World Famous TTT Christmas Party, this year being held on the evening of Monday, December 5 at Gibb's Hundred in downtown Greensboro.  We're in the process of setting up event notices and invitations, and gathering together raffle prizes.  Keep your eyes out for the invitations and be sure to RSVP so we know how many people to expect for the party.

This month's Sponsor Spotlight is Friendly Dentistry!
I don't know about you, but when I think about triathlon my mind immediately goes to one thing.  Oral hygiene!  Dr. Guy Ribando of Friendly Dentistry has been known to lay out the red carpet to his patients upon each and every visit to his office.  You won't find a more competent, compassionate, and outstanding dentist in Greensboro.  And he's got a special place in his heart for triathletes, as he is one, is married to one, is the father of one, and is the dentist of several of our fellow TTT members!  So if you're looking for a local dentist to keep those teeth clean and that smile finish line ready, check out Friendly Dentistry and be sure to let them know that the TTT sent you!

This month's AOM is Deon Louw ! Deon has been in the sport of triathlon for 3 years now and has already accomplished a lot! His first race was the Mission Man, then went on the race Beach to Battleship and this year tacked the Ironman NC.  Way to go Deon!

For November, we will be heading to Fleet Feet Greensboro on Lawndale where TTT member Debbie Kinney will be sharing with us the value of including yoga into your training routine, and leading us through a yoga session. Be sure to bring along a mat or towel, or let the group know if you need one and we'll see what we can do.

Starts at 7pm.

We're also planning to head across the street after the yoga session to Char Bar 7 for some post meeting drinks and social time. Plan to stick around and catch up with your fellow TTT members about how their race seasons went!
