ISIS took over a bank in Mosul ... stole money ... tried to mint their own coins ... but we dropped two 2,000 lbs. bombs on them ... and Baghdadi ran.
The bank is gone! But not all of the banks. So what happened to them. They were secured and TURNED-OFF.
If these banks are needed for the Monetary Reform ... they can just REBOOT them ... because it's now an E-COMMERCE environment.

I've been traveling for the past ten days with a group of friends, one of whom is a highly accomplished entrepreneur.
I'll call him Michael to keep things simple.
Several years ago Michael started an automated domain business that used special software to buy domains, find the most likely buyer, and then sell them.
As a simple example, Michael's custom software would buy, say, XYZ.com.
Then it would scan online domain records to determine the most likely buyer of that domain... perhaps the owner of XYZ.net.
His software would then send that person an email offering them XYZ.com at a pre-determined price.
If the prospective buyer accepted, he or she could click on a link in the email and purchase XYZ.com.
The beauty of Michael's business was that it was almost 100% automated; his software was able to do just about everything without the need for human involvement.
Michael's business was a huge success, and his software sold countless domains over the years.
But he told me the most incredible story a few days ago.

AndyS43: I had a thought after Monday's CC. This is a personal theory.. (IMO) What if the Mosul banks are already connected, upgraded, trained and ready to go, housed in temporary or modular office buildings. What if these buildings are located on one of our secure military bases elsewhere in Iraq?
Didn't we see several Mosul banks just get flattened by our airpower and we saw cash flyering everywhere? IMO, I don't think many Mosul banks still exist. (just the rubble maybe)
What if after the liberation, clearing and mopping, the bulldozers clear off a couple spots around the city and "drop" the temporary bank right in place. Very much a modular/pre-fab home in the US.
Just a thought, just a personal theory...all imo. Andy
