Denver Place Has Grit!

You may have noticed posters all around town this past weekend.  Make sure you also check out the posters at Denver Place Elementary!  The Grit project began with their art teacher, Mr. Davis. You can follow Mr. Davis on Instagram

Be sure to check out the project on Facebook @wilmingtongrit or read the Wilmington News Journal article here.  We hope you'll join us for a free community event at the Murphy Theater on October 29th at 7:30 pm celebrating Wilmington's grit.

We're also proud to announce that Denver Place Elementary will be recognized as an Inviting School at a conference in Lexington on November 3rd!
