Holiday Challenge
Are you ready to make it through the holidays like a CHAMP? Leave behind those extra pounds that stick with most people? Many Americans gain between 1 and 5 pounds each holiday season. While it may not sound like much, most never manage to lose these extra pounds. Instead of piling on the pounds, Currituck County Center of North Carolina Cooperative Extension is inviting you to join the Currituck Maintain, Don't Gain! Holiday Challenge
