We've transitioned from migration to nesting and territory this spring. I was joined by many photographers this morning so our slideshow is fantastic. I also took the first video clip for the Saturday Walk. There were lots of western tailed-blues (butterflies) puddling on the trail and wildflowers which you will see on the slideshow.

Lazuli Bunting
Many birds showed themselves this morning, but none more than lazuli buntings. Their bright colors and bright, bubbly song are hard to ignore.
