Join us for the Health Insurance & Benefits Breakfast.

The presentation will include an overview of the available benefits and savings programs for chamber members and prospective members, including health insurance options for businesses, sole proprietors and individuals in 2017.

Handouts will also be provided from the Law Office Of Meredith H. Savitt, P.C. regarding the Fair Labor Standards Act changes to federal regulations that will take effect on December 1, 2016 and affect most exempt employees.  Learn what you need to do to become compliant.

Ben's Jammin' Treasures 3-Year Anniversary & Ribbon Cutting

Ben's Jammin' Treasures is opening a new art space at their current location!  Come cut the ribbon and celebrate their 3-Year Anniversary.   Enjoy refreshments and take advantage of the special sale during the event: 20% off any regular priced purchase / 10% off regular priced furniture.

The new art room will have Open Art Time  where children and adults can come and use their art supplies and express their creativity.  Open Art will be free during the event, and going forward on Wednesday and Thursday from 3-5:30 Open Art will be free for ages 18 and under.

After the event Ben's Jammin' Treasures will have the following new hours:

Wednesday  11am - 6pm
Thursday-Friday 11am - 8pm
Saturday 10am - 5pm
Sunday 1pm - 5pm
closed on Monday and Tuesday

Internships & Part-Time Positions

The Bethlehem Central School District is working with the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce to assist businesses with their need for workers.   If your business is interested in hosting a High School student for an Internship or paid part-time work shifts, please register your business by completing the form.  Click here, or use the below link.


Program staff will work to provide the best student match for each business.  These Work-Based Learning programs allow the business to connect with local students, provide valuable life experience, while also filling the need for workers.  Student liability while on the job is covered by the District through these programs.

Town of Bethlehem's Fall Leaf Pick-up begins Oct 17th around town.  Visit the website to see when your neighborhood is scheduled.

On Thursdays between 10 AM and 2 PM, the  Town of Bethlehem   will be accepting donations  for Habitat ReStore in the Capital District of slightly used furnishings, working appliances, cabinets, and other building materials at the Town of Bethlehem Transfer Station, 136 Rupert Rd, Selkirk, NY.
