We are pleased to announce that we are back to normal standard lead times and 24 Hour Service for all product categories. The only exceptions are the product categories below that will have 24 Hour Service reinstated on Friday, 22-SEP,
BIC® Lighters and
BIC® Writing Instruments manufactured in Clearwater, FL (Round Stic, Clic Stic, WideBody, Pivo, Clic, Media Clic, Tri-Stic and Citation families).
As of Friday, 22-SEP, we will be back to 24 Hour Service for all product categories and standard lead time for all product categories.
