Pay for Parking Garage by Phone
Motorists using the City of Dover parking garage on Orchard Street can now pay for parking by phone. The program, called Whoosh, allows drivers to use their phone to pay for parking, as well as add additional time remotely.

Drivers can download the Whoosh app at www.whooshstore.com, through Google Play for Android phones or at the Apple App Store for iPhones.

Dover Triangle Club Awarded CDFA Tax Credits
The Dover Triangle Club, a local nonprofit that provides a safe, chemical-free 
environment for those seeking recovery from addictions, has been awarded $200,000 in tax credits from the CDFA Tax Credit Program. 

The funds generated from the tax credits will be used to provide The Triangle Club with additional meeting space for drug and alcohol addiction
recovery meetings, a growing and critical community need in the seacoast.

NH Insurance Dept. News
Open enrollment through the state's federally facilitated Health Insurance Marketplace will run from November 1, 2016 to January 31, 2017. In advance of open enrollment on and off the Marketplace, the New Hampshire Insurance Department offers information and resources to state residents who plan to purchase health insurance in the individual market for 2017 coverage. Chase Joins Southeast NH Habitat For Humanity Board
  Southeast NH Habitat for Humanity's Executive Director announced that Jane Chase, a real-estate agent with Legacy Properties-Sotheby's International Realty, has joined the Board of Directors. Jane lives in the heart of Portsmouth and comes with many years of real-estate experience as well as executive level experience stemming from ~25 years at Liberty Mutual's Home Office of Information Systems in Portsmouth. Her primary focus will be site selection and family advocacy.
