11/10 Do you Know How to Drive Sales Success?

A Sales Activity Plan is a tool to follow up on the critical activities that lead to an increase in revenue. Tracking the key drivers (activities) enable you to create a roadmap to follow, and to identify the gaps in execution that need to be addressed in order to meet sales goals.

By understanding your Sales Funnel and your Customer Pipeline you can build a Monthly Sales Activity Plan that can help you estimate what needs to be done, how much time it will take, and what it costs, so that you have an efficient and effective Sales Process.
Your Sales Activity Plan can be the difference between a proactive and a reactive approach to Sales Goals.

EEC Member News!

Delaware ShoutOut , has a very nice testimonial from a client.  Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC), DART First State, joined the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce  and decided to attend their first networking event... During this event, I met several people and shared my business card; however, one company in particular stood out. It was Delaware ShoutOut. Brooke Miles, President, shared her "business story" with me. I was intrigued with her social media company. I took immediate advantage of this opportunity and set-up a meeting with Brooke. During our meeting, we realized that her approach to developing such as program would blend well with our company. She developed a proposal, which was approved and Brooke began to work on our social media strategy, plan, training and execution. It was all presented in an easy, understandable package. Delaware ShoutOut is now listed on the State of Delaware vendor list as an approved vendor. All of this business started with a handshake and an introduction between two professionals at a networking mixer.

Thank you for allowing me to share my story with others.  Sharon L Williams,  Marketing and Outreach Manager,  Delaware Transit Corporation- DART First State
