KC's KITCHEN DINNERS
Menu for Wednesday, October 26, 2016
Dinner Options:

KC's Kitchen Meatloaf - we use ground turkey and Italian sausage, garlic, onions, tomatoes, carrots, spinach, and quinoa. Served with sweet potato mash (almond milk and butter) and gre
en beans.
- Chicken Parmesan - we start with a 6 oz chicken breast topped with a Creamy Parmesan sauce (no tomato sauce). This will be served with a GF penne pasta tossed in our homemade basil marinara sauce served with roasted baby carrots.
- Baked Salmon Cakes - we start with Wild Alaskan Salmon filet, salt, pepper, red onion, celery red & yellow bell pepper, fresh parsley, capers, a bit of hot sauce just for taste, Old Bay seasoning, GF breadcrumbs, mayo, FF Greek Yogurt, eggs and egg whites. They are baked and served with avocado cilantro dipping sauce, lemon basil brown rice & roasted asparagus.
- Pricing: Family Dinner (serves 2 adults, 2 children) $30.00, Dinner for 2 - $20.00, Dinner for one - $10.00, this pricing includes tax, delivery to school.
Sides:
- Raw Cauliflower & Tomato Detox Salad - Cauliflower, Kale, Sundried Tomatoes, Italian Parsley, Fresh Basil, Hemp seed & pumpkin seeds. Dressing: lemon juice, tahini, garlic, water, salt and pepper, honey.
- Chopped Veggie Quinoa Salad - Kale, white & red cabbage, carrots, red onion, cilantro, quinoa, raisins. Dressing is Citrus Avocado; avocado, apple cider vinegar, lemon, lime, garlic, fresh cilantro, ginger, agave.
- Chicken white bean kale soup - we start with creating our homemade chicken stock with whole chickens, onion, celery and carrots. Then we pull the chicken and add the white beans, kale, oregano, basil, tomatoes and carrots.
- Pricing: $10.00 per qt and $5.00 per pt

UNIFORM DONATIONS UPDATE
Thank you to everyone that has donated uniforms so far! To date, we have collected and donated: 154 Shirts, 25 Dresses, 17 Pants, 27 Shorts, and 11 Skirts to Wings of Hope!
Wings of Hope International is a non-profit organization dedicated to aid those in need. It was founded by Marline Oliver who lives in North Georgia with her husband and 4 children. She is a native of Haiti and understands first hand the dire conditions of poverty and lack of opportunity. You can access their site at
