Your Commodore wants to thank everyone for their continued spirit, dedication and willingness to step in and plan, execute and have BPYC FUN! What a fun season, starting with the Tolchester Marina weekend in June (
click here for photos) - thank you Denise Mineo! Then onto the BPYC Pool Party in August - thank you to Belinda Kopp, Jim Knott, Roy Weil, & Skip Wilkins and anyone else that I missed. And just this past weekend we had 8 boats, over 20 people attend the "Explore South Side of Baltimore in Historic Federal Hill" planned and executed by Skip & Robin Wilkins (
click here for photos). We started at their home for cocktails and dinner on Friday evening overlooking Baltimore. On Saturday we met again at the Wilkins enjoying orange crushes and snacks then we were carpooled to Fort McHenry and saw an amazing video, very patriotic and moving. Later onto the Market, lunch followed with dinner on your own and ending our evening at the Wilkins.
Thank you EVERYONE for being there when YOUR CL
UB needed you.
Belinda Kopp is currently organizing a BPYC Garage Sale on October 1st (more info below). Be sure to sign up!
We need this excitement to continue... please join me at the next BPYC Meeting at 7 pm on Friday September 22nd at the Chandlery to plan 2018. We need a full slate of officers and I just know we will have volunteers. If you cannot attend but intend to volunteer for an office, please call or email me your intentions. (717) 951-1588 or
[email protected]
Can't wait to see the excitement!
A little extra incentive... the first 3 that volunteer - dinner on me!
Proud to serve,
