A final message from Beth Schwartz, CEO
Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur are all about new beginnings. This sense of renewal that marks the High Holidays is especially poignant to me this year as I am starting a new chapter in my career journey.

As I leave Jewish Family Service, I am inspired by what the future holds for the organization, its passionate and talented staff, devoted board members, and most importantly the people who trust and rely on us for guidance, support, and care.

Jewish Family Service looks nothing today like it did when I walked through the doors on my first day 18 years ago, and it will look far different yet again 18 years from now. But one thing will never change---JFS staff's unwavering dedication to the people who look to us for help, steadfastly holding our clients' best interests above all else.

Thank you for trusting me with the privilege of leading this sacred work for so many years, and I hope you will renew your commitment to honor JFS through your support and partnership.

Clients express creativity during socialization activities...

This month's socialization activities at our Barbash Family Vital Support Center encouraged clients to indulged their creative side. Together they had fun designing and constructing plush pillow beds for their pets, decorating flower pots, creating jewelry, playing the drums, and painting at our ever popular pottery glazing event with Starglazers.
