Student Fall Retreat
We'd like to invite all Middle School through High School students to our annual Fall Retreat, Friday, November 4th - Sunday, November 6th. Our 5th annual MS-HS Fall Retreat will be at Camp Sumatanga. The cost for each student is $100. Charge Conference
Our annual Charge Conference as a part of the North Alabama Conference of the United Methodist Church will be held on Sunday, November 13, at Vestavia Hills UMC at 2:00pm. This is our opportunity to report to the North Alabama Conference the progress that has been made over the past year and plans for the coming year. All are welcome to attend.

In January, the largest young adult conference in the United States will take place in Atlanta. 40,000 young people from all over the world will gather for the Passion Conference. Our young adult ministry will be sending a group to Atlanta for the conference January 2-4. Housing has been secured at Roswell UMC. The total cost for the trip is $99, that's WAY cheaper than anywhere else. We have 15 spots available. Contact Micah Shelton with the young adult ministry to secure your spot.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
The City of Trussville is currently constructing a new water main through the Clearbranch property. At some point in the next few weeks, a portion of Glenn Road (the main entry way onto the campus) will be trenched narrowing the road to one lane for a week or two. With this in mind, we would like to remind everyone of the alternate entrance to the property from Advent Circle. Turning onto Trails End Lane from Advent Circle and coming over the hill will bring you into the south end of our parking lot. This may be more convenient during the construction and will also relieve some traffic congestion. We apologize for any inconvenience.
