Congratulations to Bob Wilson, new Service Manager for Indeck Power Equipment Company.  Bob joined Indeck 8 months ago as a Service technician.  He brings over 21 years of field service, management & support.  Bob's resume includes work in the semiconductor and food processing industries, with a background in Controls.

 

Bob is married to Taunya, they have 4 children. Bob spent 7 years in the U.S. Army and served in Desert Storm, Korea & Somalia.  He lives in Plainfield, IL.

 

"I look forward to leading the transfer of years of knowledge and experience from our current technicians to the next generation of technicians.  I am focused on growing the Service Department with new opportunities for Indeck," Bob said. 

As Service Department Manager, Bob will be responsible for ongoing Service responsibilities and business development through customer service relationships.  These relationships will build customer opportunities for Controls, Service maintenance, Parts sales, Equipment upgrades, Boiler sales and Rentals.  

Mark Jennings has been in the role of Service Manager for over 2 decades.  Mark will focus more on training and development of service technicians through customer on-site training and training in our Wheeling, IL office and shop.  Mark will also continue to do service calls as needed.

Congratulations to Indeck's Rental Department for securing the contract to be a major university's first point of contact for boiler rentals for the next 2 years. Indeck will be the sole-source for emergency rental boilers.  The contract is renewable for up to 10 years.  Good job team!

Each year in August, the Indeck Group of Companies has its annual company picnic.  A picnic wouldn't be complete without a tug-of-war competition.  Congratulations to Indeck Power employees who won the tug-of-war this year against the other Indeck sister companies.
