BEGINNER TIP FOR COBRA

A little something to make Cobra feel so much better.
The frustrating meditation sessions are often exactly what we need most.

When a cyclist decides to train for the Tour De France, they seek out the highest, most challenging mountains in the world to train. Why? Because they know that it is only through challenge that they will get stronger and develop the capacity to handle the hurdles the race will throw their way.

When we finally make the decision to train our mind, we should welcome the hard days. The days our mind keeps twirling and drifting. The days that it seems almost impossible to find stillness. These are the sessions where we get ample opportunity to train ⎯ to practice bringing our minds back to the breath, back to the present. Over and over again. These are the mountains the cyclist seeks. Lean in.
