Stephen Hawking's grand design
The Discovery Channel's series, "Stephen Hawking's Grand Design," captured the attention of millions around the world. But theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking and the program's producers commit a number of logical fallacies to promote their belief that the natural world is all that exists, thus eliminating the need for God.

If anyone adds ... or takes away
The Book of Revelation ends with a sobering warning. Anyone adding to, or taking away from, the words of the prophecy given to the apostle John faces dire consequences. This tells us that Revelation should be read in its fullness, without tinkering with the text or manipulating its meaning.

How to make a universe
The Bible tells us God created the universe ex nihilo -- out of nothing. Science tells us quite a different story, according to theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking, who argues that the universe materialized out of nothing through purely natural processes.

"Think as a debater" apologetics workshop
First Baptist Church of Buffalo, Mo., is hosting a workshop Oct. 13-14 to help Christians learn to interact more effectively with people of other faiths, or no faith at all. Led by nationally acclaimed debaters, the workshop features classroom and application modules.

The Searcher's Guide to the Apocalypse
The Searcher's Guide to the Apocalypse is now available as an e-book. The Book of Revelation is more than prophecy. It is rich with information about the first-century church. And it is relevant to 21st century Christians who eagerly await the return of Christ.
