Terry Fox Run
We are holding our annual Terry Fox Run on Thursday, September 28, 2017. The students in Kindergarten to Grade Nine will be participating in this event. Staff and students will be gathering in the gym at 12:30 PM for a short assembly. Everyone will then proceed outside to partake in the run in the field area.

We ask that each student learn something about Terry Fox and share this information during the assembly.

Please support our Terry Fox Run by sending a donation of a loonie, a toonie or more with your child by Friday, September 29, 2017. Tax receipts will be issued for donations of $20.00 or more.

Please dress your child(ren) appropriately for the weather as our activities will be outdoors, however, in the event of inclement weather, we will move indoors.

Thank you for your support,
Mr. Hadden
Rabbi Miller speaking to the entire school
Thank you so much to Rabbi Miller for coming to speak to all students in honour of Rosh Hashana. We learned about the parrot that inspired a family to keep Shabbat and the impact a good word can have on others.

Chinook Honey Farm Field Trip
In honour of Rosh Hashana, Nursery through Grade 2 had a fantastic field trip to the Chinook Honey Company. We learned all about bees, honey and the importance of bees in helping flowers and plants grow. We got to taste different types of honey and decide which one we liked best, we raced to build a bee hive and got to see a real hive and look for the queen bee!
