You will learn how to integrate activities in your programs, with clients, in the classroom, during workshops, or in one-on-one counseling, case management and coaching sessions that will develop their job readiness "soft skills" such as time management, listening skills, working on a team, working with diversity, dealing with conflict, job search skills, and more.
