In this interactive session, participants will learn how four Community Action Agencies in Massachusetts have developed integrated service delivery approaches and how they can implement transformational systems change in their agencies. The steps needed for integrated service delivery to happen agency-wide from staff buy-in and training to tools and resources needed to actual implementation will be shared by these four agencies.
