Our Mission is to represent the citizens of Cook Inlet in promoting environmentally safe marine transportation and oil facility operations in Cook Inlet.
Announcing our 2014 Annual Report
CIRCAC's 2014 Annual Report is ready and online. This year, we focused on our efforts to mitigate navigation risks in Cook Inlet, such as being a catalyst for the first comprehensive Cook Inlet Navigation Risk Assessment. The project's completion in December marked the beginning of new initiatives to implement the Risk Assessment's priority recommendations, including the formation of a Harbor Safety Committee, in which CIRCAC will also play a role. Board of Directors Annual Meeting 
The Board of Directors held its 2015 Board and Annual Meeting in Kenai on April 17, where it announced elections and appointments to the Board and committees, honored members for service to the board (see photo), and received updates from several partners. Read more.

Cook Inlet Harbor Safety Committee convening work group seeks public input 
As part of the recommendations from the Cook Inlet Risk Assessment Final Report, the Management Team created a Convening Workgroup to assist in establishing a Cook Inlet Harbor Safety Committee (CI HSC). The Convening Workgroup has drafted a CI HSC Charter that is now available for public review. Click here for more information and to download the draft charter.

Alaska State Legislature honors CIRCAC
In March, the Alaska State Legislature honored CIRCAC with a citation in recognition of 25 years of citizen representation in promoting safe marine transportation and oil facility operations in Cook Inlet.
