Get set for the holiday season and support your local merchants at this Sunday's Kokua Kailua from 1 to 6 pm in Historic Kailua Village. Bring the family, bring the kids and yes, your leashed dog too, as Alii Drive transforms to a pedestrian outdoor mall with Village merchants, musicians, artists and food too!     
Friday, November 25 

Village Tree Lighting 

Holiday festivities kick off at 5:45 pm with a traditional lighting of the Village Christmas tree at Emma's Square, across from Hulihee Palace. Entertainment and everyone is welcome.

Saturday, December 3  

Dinner and Movie Night  

Take time out for the family this season with Dinner and a Movie Night at Kona Commons. The Kailua Village Business Improvement District is pleased to partner with Kona Commons for a free outdoor movie for the community. Bring the entire family down for a jolly good time at 5:30pm and enjoy a free big screen showing of Finding Dory, popcorn, sing-a-long carols and photos with Santa. Don't forget to bring your chairs, mats and blankets, but no coolers please.

Village Marketplace, Kokua Kailua, HAPA in Concert and Lighted Boat Parade   

Plan to spend this Sunday in the Village. Festivities start with the Village Marketplace and Kokua Kailua at 1 pm and continue all afternoon and into the evening. Free Hawaiian Holiday Concert featuring HAPA, Hawaii's award-winning musical duo, is center stage at 5 pm. Following the concert, the Lighted Boat Parade gets underway at 6 pm. Kona's fleet will put on a jovial show in Kailua Bay. Body Glove will be docked at Kailua Pier for great viewing with food and beverages available for purchase.
