LOCATION UPDATE FOR PANEL DISCUSSION:
RESOURCES FOR THEATRE WRITERS IN WEST FLORIDA

The Dramatists Guild of America will gather some of the Tampa Bay Area's most influential theatre makers, artistic directors, educators, and arts advocates for a panel discussion entitled Resources for Theatre Writers in West Florida . The panel will take place on Friday, September 8, 2017, at 7pm

The panel discussion, moderated by David Warner (Editor in Chief, Creative Loafing Tampa Bay), will explore the various opportunities available to playwrights, composers, lyricists, and librettists in the Tampa Bay Area to develop and submit their work, connect with other theatre-makers in their community, as well as how the Dramatists Guild can help support them in the process.

Participating in the panel are Stephanie Gularte , Producing Artistic Director of American Stage; Bob Devin Jones , playwright, actor, director, Artistic Director and Co-Founder of the Studio@620; Sheila Cowley , playwright ( Flying ), radio producer ( Creative Pinellas ); Dewey Davis-Thompson , playwright, director, journalist, West Florida DG Regional Rep; and St. Petersburg native Jordan Stovall , playwright, actor, and Manager of Creative Affairs at the Dramatists Guild of America.
