Fort Griswold History Retold by Michael Carroll
Wednesday, September 6
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Fort Griswold, located in Groton, CT, is not only a local landmark but definitely should be recognized as a national treasure.
This presentation will document the findings in Michael Carroll's work as well as serve to correct the misinformation that is out there. In addition to that, you'll learn how to conduct better research techniques, networking skills, and self skills as well.
About the Presenter: Michael Carroll is a historian and researcher, most notably in the American Revolutionary War time period, running up through the American Civil War period. His work has spanned many years and he strives to continue it, no matter how hard it is to get to the bottom of the story.
This will be a very educational presentation but also full of respectful fun too. Open to all ages but please note that we are dealing with human tragedy and sometimes, the information will be graphic in nature. For more information please click
