It's time to register for the Leadership OBX 2017-2018 class.   The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce and title sponsor, The Outer Banks Hospital are pleased to announce that applications are now available. This Chamber program is designed to develop community leaders. Program sponsors also include: NC Aquarium on Roanoke Island, Twiddy & Company and the Outer Banks Community Foundation. Beach Clean Up and Community Service
