THANK YOU to the men and women who have served our country, to active military, and to their families for the lifelong sacrifice and support.

Above are photos of employees and family members of employees who have served our country.

MARKET RECAP:
All major equity
markets
experienced negative returns in October, with small cap stocks and long-term Treasuries leading the downturn. A common historical occurrence around presidential elections, the Volatility Index (VIX), outpaced all other asset classes with a 28.4% return on the month.*

ARTICLE: Proteceting Yourself Against Cyberattacks
How vulnerable is your data?

25% of Americans were cyberhacked between March 2014 and March 2015. The American Institute of CPAs announced that alarming discovery in April, publishing the results of a survey conducted by Harris Poll.

GET TO KNOW YOUR ARGI TEAM
Christina Davis
Senior Client Service Manager

Describe your role at ARGI in less than two sentences:   I oversee the Client Service Team, hiring, initial/ongoing training & development.  As an administrator, I also help support the Reeves/Waters team.

Do you have a nickname? Not now.  When I still had my maiden name (Bright) I was Sunshine and Rainbow Brite.  I confuse people enough by using my middle name, Christina.  My first name is Bethany.

Hometown:   Cincinnati - I actually grew up in Blue Ash near our office.

Motto/manta/favorite quote? Hakuna Matata!

What is the greatest challenge you have had to overcome in your life thus far?  Keeping Jeremy (Davis, Christina's husband) in line... I'm kidding, or am I?

Where is your favorite place to vacation? Tucson, Arizona!  Jeremy and I met there (in the Air Force) - we lived there for seven years.

What is your favorite hobby? I have actually been working with my Mom to learn the family tradition of quilting.  I made my first quilt a few months ago and must say, I love it!

What is the best book you have ever read? Harry Potter!  The first book of the series was what we would read at bedtime with our daughter, so that series will always be special to me!

Are you involved with any charities or non-profits?   I do a lot of volunteering.  I had an aunt that had Down Syndrome, so I have always done things with Special Olympics.  I try to help anywhere I can!

Number one thing on your bucket list?   African Safari

What would you do (for a career) if you weren't doing this? Not sure, I love my job so much, I don't really think about it.

If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?   Tour guide at Sabina Canyon in Tucson, AZ.  Most beautiful place I've been.

What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13?    Someone is going to ask you if you want to try a cigarette, don't do it!!!  But I am happy to say I've been smoke free for over 3 ½ years now!

How do you define success? I think Maya Angelou defines it best... "Success is liking yourself, liking what you do and liking how you do it."
