Deferred Compensation Terms
Commingled Fund- a diversified portfolio of stocks and/or bonds managed by a professional money manager. Mutual funds are generally intended for retail investors and are regulated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Commingled funds are available to institutional investors and are regulated by state banking regulators.
