City of Kodiak representative Rob Lindsey is the son of a fisherman and life-long resident of Kodiak.     
CIRCAC 25-YEAR REPORT ONLINE
In 2015, CIRCAC celebrated 25 years of citizen representation in Cook Inlet. Justifiably proud of our accomplishments and progress, we have created a special 25th Anniversary Report online to put our years of work into perspective. We look forward to continuing to archive significant milestones through this online report going forward. We invite you to take a look and let us know what you think.

Cook Inlet HSC Update
The National Harbor Safety Committee held its 16th Bi-Annual Conference in Portland, Oregon in September and for the first time was joined by members of Alaska's first Harbor Safety Committee (HSC). Representing CIRCAC was Administrative Director Jerry Rombach who is an alternate member of the committee. The Port of Houston will host the 2018 National Conference.

Apply for a CIRCAC Scholarship!
For the third consecutive year, CIRCAC will award two scholarships to deserving students who are pursuing courses or training in either the Environmental Sciences or Maritime Studies. More information about our Scholarship Program and applications are available online. The deadline to apply is Friday, March 31, 2017.

CIRCAC's Memorial Scholarships honor Captain Barry Eldridge and James Carter, men who epitomized volunteerism and generosity in their commitment to the Council and its mission.
