So I recently jumped on the phone and talked to my CBI contact.
What was I told?
I was told that YES they are now going forward with the project to delete the zeros. So this also confirms what I heard about Iraqi TV and news media stations broadcasting this news last week.
My contact would not give me a firm date but said that without Dr Shabibi having full access to the mechanisms to launch the process of the initial rate increase, the CBI could not make the needed process work. The FACT is we now know for sure that Dr Shabibi is not at the helm in the CBI, since I just recently presented an article confirming this news. Do you remember?
But there is one exception timeframe built into the process. But only one timeframe, one time of the year.

As I sat pondering this last couple weeks of news from Iraq, I began to think that most people really don't realize what has just happened right in front of our noses.

On the 8th of this month the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Alak told the media, "yeah, this is our plan". It's right there in the articles, in our archives that we now call "The Final Articles".
And what did I say after that....yeah okay, we understand your plan this is your plan this is your project but we need a rate change, we need a rate change first. I still say it to you Iraq, Alak, Saleh, all of you.
And maybe family, IMO, maybe, this infrastructure that is now starting maybe, IMO is the first rate increase against the American dollar that they talked about. Because they paid their first contracts with the commodities with their currency now they paying with the American dollar but it happens to be during a time period where all of a sudden a budget was supposed to come out...etc. etc. etc.

MilitiaMan: The race to the Big W? lol This is something that stands out to me over time.. I am not fully privy to your studies obviously, however, I do follow along with you for years now it seems and agree with you on many things. I believe the new" Digital Reality" will in fact unfold and probably be along the lines you describe and ones you are leaving let be now for sensitivity issues.
The thing I get from following along is that we will see more adjustments to currencies from here on out until the dust settles somewhat later next year. Some will go up and some are clearly headed south, as noted by the looney, the pound, euro, etc.. Parity with the latter two is underway, eos.
The recent dollar strength is short lived, just as, the recent decline in gold and silver prices are as well. I do believe that interest rates will be more market driven in the future and the timing of them (USFED) holding out as long as possible to increase them, is due to the debt servicing on 20+ trillion was not an affordable choice, yet.

"First Currency Payout from Reno Confirmed" - VERITAS Report - 11.23.16
My apologies to everyone--all questions will be answered this afternoon. My team is preparing for our own initiation as we know that it is likely today or tonight. What a wonderful feeling!
I had to share that we have confirmed at least one currency Tier 1 level payout to spendable cash today from Reno. More than one currency was included. Large amounts moving without any problem.
What does that mean?
It means we are all next. I don't know exactly when, but I'm not talking about a very long period of time. Pre-Thanksgiving, I still believe. Even more so now that I am seeing it happen.
What a season of gratitude this will be.
