Dear Fellow St. Joan of Arc Parents,
With the holiday season approaching and we reflect upon the many blessings in our lives, we ask that you take a moment to consider a very important part of our community: the faculty and staff of St. Joan of Arc School. As parents, we could not be more blessed. Our children are being taught and nurtured by dedicated and highly qualified faculty and staff.
Our Blue Ribbon Award-winning school remains strong. SJA students continue to achieve individual academic excellence and our alumni are thriving in their various endeavors. From our incredibly successful Middle School Science Olympian program to our Kindergarten's ongoing environmental service learning projects, SJA offers a unique, nourishing, intimate hands-on learning community that empowers our children to grow and realize their full potential. None of this is possible without our devoted team of teachers and staff.
With this in mind, we are asking each family to consider making a $200 contribution to the annual Christmas bonus in lieu of individual gifts. The Christmas Bonus is a wonderful way to express our thanks to the people who give so much of themselves to our children. Our goal is to give a $500 bonus to each full time faculty and staff member with a correlated percentage given to part time faculty and staff. We realize that each family has its own financial situations. Please participate to the extent that you are able and any amount that you can afford this year is greatly appreciated.
The donation can be conveniently made by clicking here which will direct you to the school bucks site. A check can also be made out to SJA PSO and returned to the school office by Friday, December 9th. All teachers and staff will be notified of your generous donation to the Teacher Appreciation Fund. They will receive their Christmas Gift at the staff party on December 19th.
