2017-2018 Fee Schedule

MACTE is pleased to announce that our 2017-2018 fees will remain the same as the 2016-2017 Fee Schedule.  We want to thank our programs for their amazing work and continued support of quality Montessori teacher preparation.

2018-2020 Fee Schedule

Beginning in 2018, MACTE will adopt two-year fee schedules. We hope that this extension will assist our programs as they prepare their budgets.

New Payment Option

MACTE now offers the option to pay invoices online via bank transfer/e-check.  There is no processing fee for this payment method. For more information, please email [email protected].

Note: This method is only available to programs with a United States bank account.

Initial and Renewal of Accreditation Applicants!

The Self-Study Writing Workshop is for Montessori teacher education programs that are ready to begin working on their Self-Study document.  This webinar will focus on accreditation requirements and specific compilation guidelines through MACTE's Accreditation Management Portal. 
NOTE: The Self-Study webinar fee for MACTE Symposium registrants is waived. Attendees have a choice between the November 15th webinar or to wait and attend the January 2017 webinar (date TBD).  To register for either webinar please bypass the registration link and email Cassie Bradshaw at [email protected]

On-Site Verifier Training Webinar

Interested in becoming a MACTE on-site verifier for MACTE on-site verification visits? Already a verifier looking to update your knowledge of the on-site verification visit process? The MACTE On-Site Verifier training webinar is for Montessori credentialed individuals who are interested in participating as verifiers on upcoming on-site verification visits for programs going through the MACTE accreditation process. Please join us for a webinar training.

The Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education (MACTE) will hold its 5th Annual Symposium for Montessori Teacher Educators on December 2-3, 2016 in Alexandria, VA. This event draws Montessori teacher educators from around the world and is an opportunity for program directors, faculty and national organizations to discuss topics relevant to Montessori teacher education. This year's Symposium will focus on:
Outcomes, Outcomes? OUTCOMES!
What about Student Outcomes? How to collect the data; what are the instruments for collecting the data; and most importantly, what does the data tell us and what do we do with it?

FRIDAY DECEMBER 2ND 2016:

7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Registration for Symposium
8:30 AM - 4:00 PM: Opening Day of the Symposium
5:30 PM - 8:30 PM: Annual Awards Ceremony and Reception (more information below)

SATURDAY DECEMBER 3RD 2016:

8:30 AM - 4:00 PM: Second Day of Symposium
