NAIC invites you to honor your colleague's achievements and nominate them for a 2015 Annual Award. Nominations are currently being accepted for the following awards:
Deal of the Year Award
The NAIC Deal of the Year Award recognizes an entrepreneur, corporation or private equity fund that has consummated a deal best representing the tremendous insight, extraordinary talent, and investment opportunities resident within the U.S. Emerging Domestic Market (EDM).

Rising Star Award
The EDM has a wealth of talented young professionals. The Rising Star Award celebrates an individual that exemplifies excellence and dedication as a financial industry professional, and has made outstanding contributions to the industry early in their career.

Palladium Equity Partners Acquires TransForce, Inc., a Provider of Specialized Staffing, Recruiting, and Workforce Management Solutions to the Commercial Transportation Industry July 6, 2015, New York, NY and Alexandria, VA — Palladium Equity Partners, LLC (along with its affiliates, "Palladium"), a private investment firm with over $2.0 billion in assets under management, today announced that an affiliated fund has acquired TransForce, Inc. Magic Johnson's Firm Buys Equitrust Stake From Guggenheim June 25, 2015 — Guggenheim Partners LLC will continue to provide investment-management services for EquiTrust, according to an e-mailed statement that didn't include terms. Guggenheim no longer owns a stake in the insurer, said Anthony Lacavaro, a spokesman for the New York-based company.
