Please Consider Volunteering for this year's ISPTSA Nominating Committee!

Do you know amazing people who can make a difference for our IS students, staff and community? The ISPTSA is looking for 2 more volunteers to participate on this year's Nominating Committee. The Nominating Committee looks for dedicated volunteers who are willing to make a difference in the lives of our International School community and recommends those individuals for open elected office positions for the 2017-2018 International School PTSA Board. We have tools to help you and Bellevue PTSA Council is offering a Nominating Committee training session in January for those interested in participating. Nominating Committee members will be elected at the January general membership meeting. To be on the Nominating Committee you only need to be a PTSA member and have a willingness to make a difference in the lives of our students and community. We have an amazing school and amazing PTSA community so please help this continue! Please consider volunteering to be on this year's Nominating Committee. To volunteer please contact David Doud at [email protected] or Amy Frei at [email protected].
The online directory for International School has been launched using the DirectorySpot app.  You should have received your invitation email last week.  If not, please look in your junk email for an email with @directoryspot.net email extension.   We have had good feedback from this launch and we are very excited to offer such a convenient directory to our International parents.  In the next couple of weeks, you may receive and email asking if you have logged on.  We are committed to getting everyone connected.  This directory is offered free to all parents and teachers and staff at International school by your IS PTSA.  Please support your PTSA and become a member.

If you have trouble resetting your password or need an invite sent to you or would like to offer constructive feedback.  Please email  Leonardo Barros Barreto.

The ISPTSA will be showing the documentary Screenagers later this Fall for our parent community and during some classes to students. Stay tuned for more details.
The ISPTSA Needs You!

Please consider volunteering for one of these crucial positions to help continue to make our PTSA a strong organization that works toward the goals of serving our International School students, staff and community:

Parent Drivers Needed for PE

Every year in January, PE offers a High School PE unit that gives students a chance to participate in a sport that is not available on campus, and requires transportation of students to the sports venue. In order for this opportunity to continue, the PE department needs many, many parent drivers who would be willing to drive students. You do not have to have a student in high school, or in a particular PE class to help out. This is something that will take the whole IS community to make happen this year, and in the future.

Please check out the signup on signup genius at the link below.

Thank you for your support of our whole program, not just your individual student's classes. It is much appreciated.

Best regards,
High School PE Teachers: Corynn Fiechtner, Nick Lombardo, Judy Temple
