Vista Portfolio Company Announces Acquisition of Canada-Based SRB Education Solutions

PowerSchool, the leader for K-12 education technology solutions, announced that it acquired SRB Education Solutions, a leading provider of complementary administrative and ERP solutions for K-12 school boards and districts in Ontario and throughout the Canadian provinces. Clearlake Capital Group Announces Sale of NetMotion Wireless to The Carlyle Group

Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. announced that NetMotion Wireless, Inc., a provider of mobile security software solutions, has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by The Carlyle Group. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2016, subject to normal closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Financial terms were not disclosed. Since Clearlake's acquisition of the Company in 2012, NetMotion has built on its leadership position in the mobile security market. NetMotion mobile security solutions manage, optimize, accelerate, and secure all traffic to mobile devices across any network, application or operating system.

Siris completes acquisition of Xura

Xura, Inc. (NASDAQ: MESG), a leading provider of digital communications services, announced that it was acquired by affiliates of Siris Capital Group, LLC in a transaction reflecting an equity value of approximately $643 million. In connection with the closing of the transaction, Xura will be wholly owned by affiliates of Siris Capital. Xura offers a portfolio of digital services solutions that enable global communications across a variety of mobile devices and platforms. Its services help communication service providers and enterprises navigate and monetize the digital ecosystem to create innovative, new experiences through our cloud-based offerings.
