Three-course summer prix fixe dinners: Choice of four starters, entrées and desserts for $30.

Sunday: Half-priced bottles of rosé and wine, up to $200 per bottle.
Friday and Saturday includes music and dancing. Sunday welcomes Jazz Jam.

Summer Dinner Series: A four-course menu prepared by executive chef/co-owner Sean Brasel, paired with cocktails from an award-winning mixologist or wine. The June 15 dinner features Quintessa Wines and the July 14 dinner features Charles Heidsieck champagnes. Menus and pairings to be determined. $85 plus tax and gratuity. Cocktails at 7 p.m., the four-course sit-down dinner at 7:30 p.m. Reservations are required.
Signature Steak Sundays: Get half off the top-shelf prime grade "signature steaks" on Sundays. Normally $24 to $58 these are 6- to 16-ounce prime cuts, including New York strips, ribeyes and filet mignons.

BallenIsles Sales
Sales continue to lag with 38 closing as compared to 63 for the same period of 2015. The good news is that inventory remains exceeding low with just 49 properties for sale but Buyers do struggle to find the right membership and property combination. We remain hopeful that the market will pick up once the uncertainty of the election is over. The rental market for next year for those wishing to enjoy a full golf membership is essentially closed. We continue to get lots of calls for a 2016 seasonal rental and regret to pass on the disappointing news. Let us know if you would consider renting your property for a few winter months, perhaps to travel or to bring in income. We can promise you top rental fees.
