Highlights:
Sutra Yoga Studios will be hosting a free yoga class in Patriots Square Park/CityScape Phoenix from 5:00-6:00pm; come out and enjoy a free yoga class in beautiful Downtown Phoenix!
Live music and a birthday game along the route.
Can you still hula hoop? If so, you will earn an extra raffle ticket and be entered to win a $100 gift card from Copper Blues. You just gotta play!
Health Fair at Patriot's Square Park/CityScape Phoenix with the BCBSAZ Health & Wellness team sharing health and wellness tips, offering mini pre-prepared samples of the winning Girl Scouts of Arizona- Pines chapter recipe, as well as Supply Nourishing Arizona fresh produce bags with the ingredients of the winning recipe to create at home.
The Phoenix Suns Gorilla high-fiving everyone in sight at 5:30 p.m.
Just a reminder to grab a blinky light at check-in to keep yourselves safe at night! Safety is our number one priority at MMDT, and we want to make sure that we are lighting up the streets with our red, blinking lights!
